Perspectives of Capacity Building
‘How can we support well?’ This is our key question for the conference in 2024. How can we make capacity building programmes responsive to the needs of our beneficiaries, taking into account their current resources, especially in rural areas? In designing the (Re)Building3 programme, we aim to encourage interaction between participants and dedicate time to networking.

We work for a livable society that respects human rights and equality and where democracy prevails.
We believe that the growth of strong, local civil societies is essential for strengthening democracy in Hungary. Promoting and supporting this idea and encouraging the development of local civil societies and organizations is an important activity of ours. Each year we support around 60 NGOs through grants, training and capacity building.
